As a Principal with The Todd Organization, Rich DeVita has more than 30 years of experience in providing creative, innovative executive benefit solutions for companies from startups to Fortune 1000 entities. He consults with companies to develop customized executive benefits plans that help them grow their businesses and create financial security for their executives and shareholders. Based on the goals of the company, Rich works with them to identify solutions that build value by attracting, retaining and motivating leaders through best-in-class benefits; while also working to reduce corporate taxes and improve corporate earnings.

Rich serves as president of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), a Washington-based organization known for representing the interests of non-qualified plan sponsors. He is the past executive and chairman of the Non-Qualified Plans Committee for the organization. Rich serves as a member of the advisory board for myNQDC.com. He has published articles for numerous industry publications and is a regular featured speaker on topics related to executive benefits.

A former board chair for the National MS Society and a member of the National Eagle Scout Association, Rich is a distinguished graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, SC.
