As a Principal with The Todd Organization, Leonard Wilson has more than 20 years of experience in providing advanced benefits solutions for companies and banks. He consults primarily with Fortune 1000 and large privately held companies and banks in developing customized executive benefits and disability programs. Based on the goals of the company, Leonard identifies solutions that will build shareholder value by attracting, retaining and rewarding management groups, as well as strategic methods for financing the firm’s benefit structure.

Prior to entering the benefit consulting field, he served in several senior lending positions with large regional and international banks. Leonard holds a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College of Financial Services and is member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), where he has served on the Non-Qualified Plans Committee.

He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, his MBA from Southern Methodist University, and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University, where he served on the faculty for three years. Leonard is active in several local charities as well as the Independent Bankers Association of Texas.
