As a Principal with The Todd Organization, Gil Harvard has over 20 years of experience consulting with companies of all sizes across the nation to develop creative and innovative executive benefit plans for each. Based on the goals of the company, he helps his clients build shareholder value by developing the creative financial strategies that work to reduce corporate taxes, keep more money in their businesses to invest and drive long-term growth. Gil is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU).

Gil is a graduate of Mercer University with a B.A. in History. He and his wife, Ashley, have four daughters. He serves on the Board of Fellowship Christian Academy and coaches several different sports. Gil is an avid golfer and a member of Settindown Creek Golf Club. He writes and speaks regularly on the topics of Executive Benefits and BOLI related topics. He recently authored an article for Employee Benefit Advisor titled “How a Retirement Plan Option Can Keep Executives Accountable for Life” (Aug. 2016).
