Kurt Snyder is an Executive Benefits Consultant at The Todd Organization with more than 15 years of experience, primarily serving financial institutions. He has an extensive background in the design, financing and administration of executive benefit and bank-owned life insurance (BOLI) plans, having worked with numerous financial institutions, from community banks to large regional banks.
Kurt began his career with The Todd Organization in 2002, as a financial analyst. In 2007, following a strategic partnership that Todd formed with the Newport Group, Kurt joined Newport where he held several positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President of Financial Institutions.
Kurt has facilitated the design and implementation of numerous strategic initiatives with financial advisors, serving as an expert, technical resource for them and their clients. He has a deep understanding of all aspects of executive benefits and BOLI programs. As such, his expertise helps bankers address tax, regulatory, accounting, investment and other issues pertaining to BOLI and executive benefits programs.
Kurt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
