As an Executive Benefits Consultant with The Todd Organization, Bob has 26 years of experience working with companies to implement creative and innovative executive benefits and retirement programs. The ultimate objective of these programs is to help employers attract, retain, reward and motivate the leadership team and key employees. Bob is the former Chairman of The Todd Organization and a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU). Bob regularly speaks at national law, accounting, and financial services firms on contemporary corporate executive retention, retirement and benefit plan designs and associated funding strategies. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at The University of Vermont’s Business School, and currently resides in Branford, Connecticut with his wife, Tracy.
